Responsibilities
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and packaging lines.
- Responsible for the coordination and execution, revision and development of the Preventive Maintenance System.
- Diagnose the sources of malfunction in both mechanical and electrical components of equipment or instrument; dismantle to repair or replace defective parts.
- Keeps management informed of operational problems or equipment malfunction, which may result in production delays and suggests alternate ways of action to follow in order to prevent recurrences.
- Maintains communication with suppliers and customers for proper maintenance and improvement in existing and future equipment.
- Maintains documentation related to the calibration program, including certificates, reports, and Out of Tolerance conditions on automatic, mechanical, and electrical instruments or equipment. Follows calibration related procedures.
- Ensure that plan calibration system and programs are maintained in accordance to policy and industrial standards
- Actively participate in equipment’s commissioning and qualification activities in the plant.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of all equipment in the facility, as well as maintaining the calibration program of all instrument.
- Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills.
