Location: West
Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned staff and assure that all stamping machines & equipment are properly set up to produce quality parts at required efficiency.
- Lead production and maintenance team in problem solving, identifying of problems, analysis of root cause, ensure proper setting up and handling of tools incurring minimum down time.
- Coordinate with the various teams, tool maintenance, quality and planning on the progress to ensure effective production and achieve on time delivery.
- Work closely with Quality Department in maintaining the standard of quality to comply with standards and customer’s requirements.
- Lead and drive Continuous Process Improvement for production in machine uptime and runtime efficiency to ensure OEE Performance target is met & yield improvement.
- Lead the production & maintenance team in meeting company production KPI.
- Manage, motivate, cross-train and develop a team of capable machine setters & production personnel.
- Ensure and enforce Safety & Health for the employees.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Metal Stamping, Tooling Technology and Manufacturing Processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
