$3400 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Manage warranty administration on Material Handling Equipment (forklifts / industrial trucks)
- Act as the main coordinator in tracking & submitting documentations for items under warranty for all service centres with principals
- Provide technical advice and support for MHE
- Liaise closely with principals and cross functions to update principal on all the abnormal breakdown cases
- Ensure relevant updates on all technicians’ laptop relating to the MHE
- Arrange for modification of forklift as and when requested by customers
- Preparation of Accident/incident reports
- Attend to and manage customer complaints
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Competent in Microsoft words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess a Class 3 License.
