Responsibilities
- Understanding of the Sales Cloud product suite and platform – Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service Process Automation, Omnichannel routing, Agent Workspace, CTI, Service analytics
- Understanding of the Experience Cloud Product – hands-on in community builder, workspace and building community sites
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, Lightning AURA Components and Lighting Web Components.
- Experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation, Lightning, Shield Platform Encryption, and experience with Salesforce platform.
- Experience in Salesforce Customization, Security Access, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, data utilities.
- Expertise in SFDC Development using Lightning Application, Apex Language, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots and Dashboards, Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org – Wide default, Sharing rules, Workflows, Approval Process, Custom objects, Custom tabs, Email service
- Experience in implementing Salesforce SOQL, SOSL and dynamic queries in Apex logic
- Experience in writing test classes for maximum code coverage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Airline domain and AWS knowledge is a plus
- Self-Motivated and Independent
