Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Lead IT Infrastructure team in providing day-to-day desktop support and manage inhouse and outsourced IT team.
- Project Management – Plan and lead IT projects, define and execute roadmaps for IT Infrastructure.
- Vendor management in ensuring outsourced vendor’s adherence to SLA.
- Render technical support and advice to subsidiaries, work with subsidiaries IT to align with group IT direction.
- Periodic update of IT matters to Head of IT/ERP and CFO.
- Recommend/Implement IT system to fulfil business requirement.
- Review reports and necessary investigations.
- Asset Management, Cyber Security Awareness Training, Outsource Infrastructure Management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in PMP, Cybersecurity, CCNA, Vmware is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
