Responsibilities
- Responsible to deploy, upgrade and support IT infrastructures including LAN, WAN, firewall, servers, storage and associated network devices
- To maintain a high level of user satisfaction with new and existing technologies ensuring continuous delivery of Service Level Agreements with stakeholders
- Work with vendors on a regular basis to evaluate offerings and enhance the current or / and future products
- Keep up with IT trend and anticipate technical risks ensuring that appropriate migration planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery
- To provide feedback on existing process and assist to review documentation on a continuous basis
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT or related
- Min 3 years of experience in providing level 2 and 3 support in deploying and maintaining Server, Storage and Backup solution in Windows & Linux environment
- Good Experience in Microsoft Server 2008-2016, Exchange Server, Office365, Sharepoint, Cloud platform ie. Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Good Experience in Virtualization, VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.AD Migration and System Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Email Migration and Troubleshooting.networking / perimeter network security / WAN connectivity and Citrix would be advantage
