Responsibilities
- As main contact point for all IT related matters
- Provide daily support (IT related level 1 & 2) to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers, mobile device, video conferencing as well as end user’s requirement.
- Manage new hire, onboarding and off-loading of leavers related IT support activities including user account and laptop preparation.
- Resolve hardware / application issues, maintain, and update technical support documentation
- Perform software or hardware builds/rebuilds on PCs and laptops as required, and across a range of software’s applications on the client machine (office application, outlook, Microsoft teams etc.)
- Assist in procurement, maintain inventory and lease with vendors
- Perform basic server & network administration, security, file and directory permission, adding/deleting users, etc.
- Involves projects related to IT infrastructure upgrades
- Min diploma in IT
- Min. 2-3 years experience
- Wide technical understanding of the various hardware, software and networking including windows servers and VMware virtual infrastructure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience and a positive.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
