Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manages multiple platforms by Microsoft, VMware and Citrix to provide technology services to internal technology as well as business clients
- Manages various services with focus on security, data protection and vulnerability management
- Operates enterprise monitoring systems and deployment systems
- Ensures all problem tasks assigned are monitored, updated and resolved in a timely manner with documented resolutions
- Provides statistics and management reports to the global infrastructure service management. Highlights risks and recommends improvements on operational efficiency
- Plans and performs disaster recovery tasks as a continual exercise
- Participates and leads project tasks on the regional and global levels
- Operates within the technology framework and complies with regulations, policies and procedures of the company
Requirements
- Degree or relevant technical certifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge on LAN/WAN networking, switching, routing and link aggregations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
