Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team in offering product solutions that solve business needs and overcome challenges.
- Leverage the consultative sales process for prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation, as it applies to the technical sales process.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations, while effectively promoting product features, answering audience questions, and clearly ascertaining the prospect’s needs and requirements.
- Build proof of concept (POC) solutions for customer evaluations as part of the sales engagement process. Customize prospect’s environment to meet all technical requirements to satisfy POC.
- Assist customers during the product evaluation cycle by responding to technical queries via email. Troubleshoot with developers and provide online remote assistance to solve pre-sales support problems.
- Write technical responses to RFP, RFQ, and RFI documents.
- Identify product-specific areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
- Deliver training, in-person or via technical webinars, on new and updated products to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Computing discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
