SERVICE TECHNICIAN ($2700-$3600/AWS/VB)ref: KE

$3600 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance or repair of Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Order Fulfilment (OFS) and Sortation systems.
• Communicate effectively with all Dematic team members including Service Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Engineers
• Maintain effective working relationships with all Dematic team members.
• Resolve within a reasonable time any equipment faults and ensure quality of work.
• Report faults in a timely manner to your Service Manager
• Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace.
• Correct utilisation of appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control.

Requirements

• ITE / Nitec / Diploma in areas of Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering
• Preferably 2-3 years’ of service experience in control engineering / industrial automation (conveyors) / maintenance of plant/machinery/material handling equipment
• PLC experience in Siemens S7 and SCADA WIN CC will be beneficial
• Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
