Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries, including requests for
- Handle all service repair order-related activities, arrangements, assignments and clarifications issues.
- Carry out field maintenance of pumps / equipment.
- Manage installations, repairs, maintenance and commissioning works.
- Check and/or prepare necessary documents & service reports for customer submission / approval.
- Guide and provide sound technical advice to a team of technicians for field servicing and repairs.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Marine /
- 2 years pump / marine service experience
- Good coordination skills with all levels
- Possess excellent communication skills
