Location: North
Responsibilities
- Sourcing of professional specialized components and services for use in the microelectronics manufacturing process
- Working with suppliers to ensure effective quality control and compliance through Supplier and Contract Management.
- Monitor, manage, follow up and communicate with suppliers / subcontractors to ensure that product arrives on time, in the right quantity, quality and price to support the business operations.
- Compare suppliers / subcontractors proposals for price and specifications for optimal selection (cost, delivery, quality).
- Sourcing, identify, and ensure efficient qualification of competitive new suppliers in collaboration with all required departments.
- Negotiating the purchasing conditions with the suppliers in order to support cost competitiveness against the market conditions.
- Ensure correct Master Data for automated Supply Chain Management.
- Close collaboration with Quality, Operations, Logistics and Finance Departments to effectively follow up and efficiently close SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) in line with EM Quality Policy & Rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook,etc) and use of ERP system /Navision experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
