Location: North
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement process and standardize processes, policies, and practices.
- Sourcing for new brands, and products locally and overseas & obtain quotations.
- Manage the entire acquisition process for new brands and products; from sourcing, and negotiating prices and terms of the contract.
- Regularly conduct market analysis and proactively engage with internal stakeholders to address business opportunities and needs to drive value-add
- Manage existing brands and suppliers and review existing merchandise to ensure competitiveness.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Prepare & process Purchase Orders and coordinate with Suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Provide logistic support such as goods shipping/receiving arrangement and documentation preparation.
Requirements
- Degree/Master in Supply Chain/Procurement/ Business Management/Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Purchasing / Merchandising/ Procurement is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
