Responsibilities
- Develop and expand company’s market position in the Asia Pacific markets via direct sales as well as via company subsidiaries.
- Grow the business to resellers, machine builders, but with focus on end customers.
- Develop the relationship with sourcing networks as well as with buying-houses for company to be the preferred contact point.
- Implement and promote the knitting (Circular) all around support by company, furthermore develop company service and solutions for end customers.
- Increase the company brand awareness
- Expand and develop the company local presence in strategic markets.
- Lead & define the strategies for sales including key accounts and new channels/ businesses – supporting the company’s overall business goals in the Asian markets
- Supervise a sizable sales team to ensure top-line and bottom-line targets are achieved through effective sales, promotion, pricing and portfolio strategies are applied to different channels; and working collaboratively with marketing
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
