SYSTEM ENGINEER (IT) ($3000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: AC

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Implementing the system in cloud and on-premise environments in accordance with the project requirement and operation support specification
• Manage full system stacks from the OS through the COTS applications packages and system security implemented in the cloud-based computing and as well on-premise environments
• Monitor and analyse systems performance data, syslog, monitoring log, application log, to perform tunning of operating system (Linux and/or Windows) running in both cloud and on-premise environment
• Identifying potential bottlenecks in applications’ package performance, troubleshoot and resolve
• Operating System and Application related incidents and issue according to customer’s processes
• Manage the system patching, security hardening, secure connection, data secrecy implementation
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Windows and/or Linux System is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
