Location: East
Responsibilities
- Leasing of retail properties owned by company by sourcing and securing suitable tenants for properties and retail properties.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants
- Handle leasing enquiries and make recommendations of retail spaces to prospects
- Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other lease documentation
- Liaise with tenants on lease related matters including tracking of sales performance and arrears
- Conduct market research from time to time
- Prepare monthly reports
- Tenants’ Management including assisting Credit Control team with arrears management to reduce company risk exposure.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with relevant retail leasing is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
