BUILDING MANAGER ($5000-$7000/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in all aspects of building maintenance
• Ensure the smooth operation of the centre in the areas of preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company’s policies
• Strong building operations and technical experience with risk management focus and drive
• Understanding Corporate’s requirements on all aspects i.e. EH&S, Sustainability, Risk Management, Operation etc. and ensure that the assets adhered to these requirements and policies
• Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and ensure that the systems are operating within the design efficiencies and smoothly.
• Responsible for managing all service contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centre
• Responsible in leading the Engineering department and create a strong and efficient operation team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centre
• Ensure the centre meets the required efficiency and complies with all local codes and authorities’ regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Green Mark Building is a plus.
• Knowledge with FSSD code is a plus.
