Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timeline and cost. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans and status reports
- Determine project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation
- Persuade and influence others through excellent communication and diplomacy skills. Manage and influence key stakeholders, reducing out of scope items.
- Integrate and synthesize information across workstreams for efficient communication, reporting and expectation management – development, integration etc.
- Appropriately assess risks when business decisions are made, and escalating, managing and reporting issues with transparency
- Actively participate, collaborate, and lead with others on one’s own team and cross-functionally for the achievement of business goals.
- Assist in the integration of complex business factors to implement long-term strategic planning objectives.
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess familiarity with Agile, SDLC, various project management software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
