Location: Central
Responsibilities
- New Product Development for new micro-controller products in close cooperation within various STM test development sites
- Test Program Development and Implementation for new products
- Test Hardware Design and Development for engineering activities and production ramp-up
- Acquire & adapting new product knowledge, pattern simulation skills with counter-part
- To ensure new product validation, electrical characterization and industrialization process are aligned with divisional standards
- Work with project manager, planning, product designer and DFT engineer to ensure smooth product bring-up
- Responsible for overseeing product reliability stresses and test results
- Perform yield analysis and test time reduction before production ramp-up
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry
- Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++, PERL is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
