Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.
- Coordinate with customers to determine product specifications, bill of materials, test methods, test software and design changes and responds to their request.
- Confer with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve both manufacturing and test methods for productivity, better yield and through put.
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process and test parameters.
- Troubleshoot process and test related issues and resolves the problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
- Develop and maintain product related (both process and test) documentation.
- Analyze and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- PC Literate: Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD etc.
- Technical knowledge of PCBA and / or System box build is a plus
