Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Lead process engineering (Automation) team to ensure undisrupted production by ensuring the reliability of the plant automated machineries.
- Provide seamless process engineering support to the Catheter value stream
- Plan, schedule and lead continuous improvement activities with related to the Business Excellence System (MBES) with cross functional teams (Tech Team)
- Plan & execute total productive maintenance plan for all automation equipment.
- Provide engineering expertise in achieving equipment reliability and process capability.
- Manage resource, headcount and equipment utilization, equipment spend and control, spare parts usage and inventory management.
- Lead the validation activities and strategic projects by providing necessary engineering support
- Work with cross functional teams to achieve equipment effectiveness through total productive maintenance programme and process capability
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automated assembly process.
- Familiarization with assembly process, tooling & fixture designs is a plus
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
