Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of identified IRONMAN Asia partners, sponsors, and media partners
- Supporting the Director of Sales, Asia in developing and delivering a best in class client servicing programme
- Responsibility for maintaining excellent relationships with our partnerships through effective client management
- Providing the conduit for our Sponsors into all aspects of IRONMAN Asia portfolio
- Servicing our clients effectively by ensuring they are provided regularly with business contact reports, regular update meetings, status reports, post-event reports and post-event appreciation events.
- To support Director of Sales, Asia in developing a best-in-class rights delivery management programme which will ensure effective and efficient delivery of all sponsor rights and benefits
- Working closely with the Operations team, oversee the construction and delivery of all sponsors and partners branding on-site at all relevant IRONMAN Asia events
- Effectively managing any appointed activation and sponsorship budget ensuring all sponsor rights are delivered as per the agreed cost per sale parameters
Requirements
- University Degree ideally in a Marketing or Communications related degree
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Familiar with KORE software
- At least 3 years relevant work experience at Executive or Senior Executive level
