5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Operation, administration and maintenance for Network equipment and Network Management software;
- Incident and Problem identification and resolution;
- Service Request and Change management;
- Inventory and Asset Management for Network equipment;
- Coordinate with Cabling term contractor and Telco contractor site survey and cabling work;
- Coordinate with hardware maintenance vendor for Remedial Maintenance Services;
- Proactive network service monitoring and;
- Documentation and Reports requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Cisco Routers and Switches is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
