SENIOR IT MANAGER ($10K+AWS/VB)ref: MT

$10K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• IT Ensuring the smooth running of the IT operations in the field, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity;
• Monitoring upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems;
• Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;
• Providing guidance and support to field office IT staff as they perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on the servers, PCs, and other mobile devices;
• Network configuration assessments, and implementing Hardware/software upgrades and improvements;
• Ensure full compliance and control for IT environment and support internal and/or external audits activities;
• Planning and executing technology projects and system implementations in the field in an organized and effective manner. Establishing project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables that support business goals and tracking projects progress;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Master of Business Administration with technology as a core component preferred.
•  5 to10 years related work experience
• Management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Backup software;
