Location: North
Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with corporates and individuals with regards to monetary donations, donations-in-kind, and fundraising initiatives.
- Support the planning, execution of all fundraising events (including the preparation of materials, audio-visual materials, appeals, events, etc.)
- Conduct research, data mining and analysis for donor projects
- Prepare funding proposals, donation appeals and appreciation letters
- Record, manage and maintain all fundraising income and be the main point of contact between the Finance team and Fundraising team
- Provide up-to-date and accurate information on donations
- Admin support and follow up on stewardship mailing and phone campaigns
- Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities.
Requirements
- Experience in fundraising in non-profit sector would be an advantage
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- A good team player with positive attitude
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
