Sales Specification Executive (Construction/ $3K-$3500 + $1100(car) )ref:JT

Location: North

• Establish relations with Architects and designers for specifications and building strong rapport with designers and main contractors.
• Responsible for monthly and weekly market information for reporting and presentation to Management
• Keep abreast with the updates on global market strategy and information
• Create own presentation kit and slides for presentation to architects and designers.
• Capture leads and opportunities and visiting to client’s place for client’s requirements
• Responsible for market research on ongoing/upcoming and utilize CRM system for updates and follow ups.

Requirements

• Min diploma in any disciplines
• Min 2-3 years sales experience
• Experience in construction material is a plus
• Possess own car is a must as transport allowance $1,100 will be given
