Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Helps architect to coordinate with Qualified Person for submission drawings.
- Manages the subcontractors to achieve the required CAD/ BIM standard specifications.
- Preparation of Tender, Construction, As Built, Shop and Co-ordination drawings.
- Involves in the compilation of as-built documentation.
- Ensures CAD/BIM standard be applied on projects;
- Keeps discipline drawing list be updated, ensures drawing revision system is followed.
- Produces 3-Dimensional model when necessary
- Works with other discipline designers and sub-contractors to support inter-discipline and space co-ordination works.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITE in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft office is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
