Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed design work across a range of infrastructure projects – with a particular focus on underground railway projects
- Project management, relationship management
- hands-on technical design responsibilities
- Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, engineers, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients;
- Lead and supervise tendering procedures and putting together proposals;
- Adopting all relevant requirements in maintaining rules and regulation,
- Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles;
- Overseeing the work of junior staff or mentoring structural engineers
Requirements
- A good Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the PEB.
- Professional Engineer status in Singapore is compulsory for this role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on civil infrastructure projects in Singapore. including LTA projects
- Experience of working on detailed design for MRT tunneling projects is preferred
