$3100 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Support Sales team in co-ordination with customers with regards to queries, updates and complaints;
- Prepare sales quotations, customer purchase orders and invoice processing in ERP system
- Prepare commercial documentation for deliveries / collections and logistical arrangements with customers and transportation company
- Management of customer’s stock levels
- Upload of invoices and monitoring of Purchase Orders availability in customers’ portals
- Accurate and timely data input/update in ERP system and internal records
- Participation in local and overseas Tradeshows if required
- Involvement in Marketing Initiatives ( eg Brochure designing, management of Company website)
Requirements
- Possess 3 years relevant experience in Sales Support / Customer Service
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, especially Oracle NetSuite, will be an advantage
- Possess great initiative and drive
- Team-player with friendly disposition
