REGIONAL EXECUTIVE (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT) ($3800-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: AK

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and analyse workforce training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups and communication with managers to propose appropriate programs for upskilling.
  • Develop and implement L&D strategies, learning road map and programs and curriculum, partnering with internal subject matter experts and/ or external vendors to meet L&D objectives.
  • Execute & manage L&D activities in which can be physical workshop, online training, e-learning or hybrid for regional teams to increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Vendors Management (of training partners, institution) such as contract management, relevant course content/context and support payment matters.
  • Track and maintain records of training and development activities, such as attendance, course details, learning budget for reporting and audit purpose.
  • Support talent management and succession planning activities, including identifying, developing and retaining talent to sustain a healthy succession pipeline for leadership and key positions.
  • Support talent data analysis from various sources, reporting and presentation to Senior Management for decision making.
  • Assist in the administration of talent management and succession planning processes, development and maintenance of the talent database as well as assist in department-level projects to build leadership and organisation capability.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or HR-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant L&D/TM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
