HR EXECUTIVE ($3000-$3800/AWS/VB)ref: SA

$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle of HR functions duties
• Responsible for all aspects of recruitment process, including recruitment & screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection, placement performance management, Training & Development
• Handle and resolve employees’ queries and issue
• Handle employee Insurance
• Responsible for statutory payment submissions and claims – IRAS (IR21, IR8A), tax clearance for non-Singaporean, Government-Paid maternity, paternity and childcare leave, etc.
• Responsible for MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations any changes for foreign workers, and Survey,as well as foreign worker quota administration.
• Full Set Monthly Payroll; Generate Monthly staff commission Report from system, design and develop a sales target scheme in supporting of the Company’s goal and requirement
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
