Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Lead supervises in-process QC Production Inspection Activity and FAI submission team for achieving NCR reduction objective
- Able to understand Mill cert and interrupt the data
- Handle non-conformance and perform disposition of rejection parts, trend yield and rejects, investigate the root cause of non-conformance and perform Corrective Action and Preventive Action as necessary
- Manage supplier qualification processes and ensure supplier quality
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Overseas Support for Customer Quality RelaQuality-Related issues
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001-2015, AS9000 & 13485 standards to understand customer requirements
- Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
- Certificate/Nitec, Diploma in Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a Mechanical / Precision Engineering environment
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in CMM will be an added advantage
