Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Providing prices for all materials included in project plans and drawings
- Identifying potential suppliers and new products
- Dealing effectively with challenges with suppliers and the flow of materials
- Ensuring the flow of materials to maximise efficiency
- Providing advice to the project estimator on the predicted cost of individual items
- Liaising closely with QS at the tendering stage to ensure that an accurate project cost is provided
- Ensuring Insurance for all fleets
- Diesel consumption record and ordering
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or Nitec
- Relevant experience in Construction materials, machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
