5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation – focus on effective communication and collaboration, to prevent and manage potential escalation
- End-to-end project management aspects, including planning, resource management, budget control and risk management
- Coordinate and ensure regular and efficient communication within the client and to the stakeholders such as third-party consultancy firm
- Provide support to resolve production incident raised by end user/IT and liaise with related parties (e.g., IT, Operations, Front Office)
- Ensure escalations are made timely to avoid unnecessary time/budget slippage
- Challenge requirements for a more rational effort spending
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Project Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
