Location: South
Responsibilities
- To support the project manager/ account manager in the coordination for projects
- To monitor project development and to coordinate moving elements for successful project completion
- Preparation of project related submissions for existing and potential projects
- Information collation and dissemination to the clients or internal stakeholders
- Monitor progress of pre-ops, operations and technical matters
- Maintaining good working relationship with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Manages procurement activities
- Ensure good housekeeping of administrative and project related recording/ documentation
Requirements
- Min. ITE Graduate or Personnel with relevant experience in this field for 3 years or more
- Min. 1-2 years of project related experience (administrative and documentation)
- Basic marine operations knowledge and documentation
- Familiar with MS office applications
