PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE (Events / Audio Visual) ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$3500+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the technical production team to set up and manage day-to-day event operations.
• Establish effective communication with Project Managers and Event Organizers to fulfil technical and operational requirements for events.
• Foster collaboration with Producers and other production stakeholders to uphold the highest production standards, with an emphasis on continuous skill development.
• Offer a blend of creative and technical expertise in preparing the studio floor, control room, or off-site locations for live events or pre-recordings.
• Possess proficiency in areas such as  Teleprompters, Broadcast Video Cameras, Streaming software, Broadcast Cam Switchers, Audio, Video and lighting setup for events.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
