Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop system roadmap and implementation plans.
- Partner with various company stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop business cases for projects considering aspects such as return on investments (ROI) and customer service benefits.
- Work with internal technical teams and lead vendors to propose technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success.
- Execute project and change management to ensure delivered solutions will meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
- Lead and manage 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of company IT systems to enable operations.
- Manage IT operations and performance of IT systems to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Perform, review and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement effort.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Competent in using network management systems and devices, firewalls, wireless network systems and technology, network standards, and network protocols (e.g., HSRP, VRRP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
