Location: West
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and contractors in performing all the plant inspection, and modification works to ensure work is carried timely, safely, and with good maintenance practices with no disruption to plant operations
- To manage and lead the plant painting program to ensure the integrity of the plant facility.
- Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of plant modification works with no compromise to the safety of workers and integrity of facilities.
- Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractors to enhance their skill and competency levels.
- To implement management systems based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of inspection records and reports in the Data Management System
- Work closely with Management to understand new and existing projects
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
