Responsibilities
- Work along with and be trained by our industry experts in the various aspects of business
- Join as a team with talents from China, India & Malaysia stationed in Singapore to undergo a comprehensive program
- Program comprises of core curriculum modules to set a strong foundation for technical and business understanding and a series of rotational attachments to various functions
- Short-term overseas attachment and exposure to cross-functional and cross-border projects
- Programs include:
- Full cycle of operation process from order in till shipment out
- To lead and collaborate on projects as a team
Requirements
- Masters/Degree graduates in Engineering
- 2-5 years of working experience in Manufacturing or Engineering related job
- No experience is welcomed to apply
- Possess excellent communication skills
