5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning adequate resources, monitoring progress, and resolving a problem
- Report to the Senior Manager in reporting shift production status
- Key personnel in leading independently on discipline and planning for the manufacturing team
- Manage team’s recruitment, and appraisals and ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area with housekeeping standards for employees and ensure that they conform to safety rules and regulations
- Project – Lead and/or participate in lean and continuous project improvement initiatives
- Work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effectively communicated
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
