Responsibilities
- Promote collaboration research with Academia, government and private sector researchers.
- Build a good relationship with relevant collaborators and the future candidates.
- Lead to start new collaborations regarding analytical technologies on Pharmaceutical, Medical, Clinical, Food and Chemical.
- Motivate team members and enhance team efficiency for collaboration research.
- Communicate with relevant department in HQ.
- Plan a half year budget of Innovation Centre and manage the budget execution.
- Report activities and issues weekly to a supervisor.
- Report status of collaboration research monthly to HQ.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Lifescience, or other science and engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Analytical Chemistry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
