Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations.
- Ensure that equipment are in good working order so as to prevent breakdowns. Installation of fresh electrical components and fittings
- Provide prompt response to breakdowns, and resolve the issues with effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis and countermeasures.
- Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management. Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the department.
- Using TPM tools and methodologies to improve machine’s reliability, reduce downtime and maintenance cost
- Design training material and provide former training to peers and technicians in his specialised area
- Maintain adequate and orderly documentation as specified by the maintenance department procedure
- Handle specific project to improve equipment functionality and performance through design changes
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in troubleshooting in PLC, SCADA, AC/DC Motors Control and Drivers is a plus
- Energetic, flexible and innovative
