Location: East
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to our internal teams.
- Manage legal disputes and claims.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for risk management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of maritime law and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
