$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Perform training administration duties
- Collects and updates master file of new hires
- Assist in formulating training programs
- Maintain training schedule
- Work with internal or external partners to design and conduct training programs
- Communicate and coordinate the training schedule promptly with HODs and external partners
- Update and improve training materials in time if there is content update
- Conduct and organize new hire orientation and on-boarding programmes
Requirements
- At least a Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
