Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and supervisors during the construction phase of power plant projects
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical construction activities
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Provide input into construction sequencing and ensure alignment with project timelines
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Address any technical issues related to electrical construction and provide timely solutions.
- Identify and assess risks associated with electrical construction activities.
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the power industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
