Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support in activity remediation analysis together with the IT support team.
- Offer cause-analysis of IT-related problems, including recommending cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in building a procedure framework to enhance the IT knowledge base of employees.
- Collaborate pro-actively within the IT team to improve the quality of systems and services within the organisation.
- Assist in designing, implementing and renewing IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage and track outstanding issues with users and support team for prompt execution and closure
- Lead & execute periodic project/server/network/appliances update and provide progress reports to users and stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on NVR, IWB, MDM, AD, and Security Firewall appliances is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
