Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Including supporting customer/sales in response to Request for Info (RFI)/ Request for Proposal (RFP) Well versed in all aspects and layers of IT (from physical layer, to OS/DB/App, Network, security)
- Ensure department’s systems comply with all IT policies ,Support all audits based on these policies Plan and follow up on remediation for any non-compliance
- Review, plan and execute annual VAPT and ITDR for all systems Plan and execute tech refresh, upgrades, new initiatives
- Manage IT vendors
- Manage IT assets (Both software and hardware)
- Process optimization Automation, including use of AI/ML where possible BI, big data, analytics, Enhanced SLA reporting
- Support optimization of energy use (support Green initiatives)
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology
- 10 years of related experience
- Knowledge in Telco industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
