Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Obtain a clear understanding the scope and objectives of the project, the changes associated and perform impact assessment
- Analyse and gain deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes and objectives, and ideate and recommend controls and design new workflows to improve current productivity and efficiency and flow, to reduce manual errors and improve turnaround time
- Define project requirements and identify project milestones and phases, and proactively monitor progress by tracking activities, and work closely with Project manager and Testers
- Collation of data mapping, documentation of business flow diagrams, writing functional specifications and requirements gathering.
- Collate and rationalize all stakeholders’ requirements and walk through these requirements with stakeholders, including users (RMs, Credit, Marketing, Product team, Operations, etc.), technology, designers, etc
- Actively partner with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective
- Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and testing scenarios, and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence • Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach
- Provide regular, structured reporting and status updates to all impacted stakeholders and senior management, highlighting any key risks or issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Awareness of Project management tools and methodologies like AGILE, JIRA, Confluence, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
