Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Enterprise internal network construction and management; planning, design, adjustment, performance optimization of network architecture, and establishment of complete network system documentation
- Network equipment, server, storage configuration management, daily operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, regular inspection of IT equipment in the computer room
- Maintenance and management of local IT equipment and IT application system to provide first-line technical support (PC, printer, attendance, meal sales, conference equipment)
- Implement the IT strategy formulated by headquarters in the branch
- Perform ITIL related processes to complete the management of company IT assets, communication bills, equipment, and consumables (selection, purchase, acceptance, establishment of accounts, inventory, etc.)
- IT support, training and guidance for local users
- Complete other related tasks assigned by department heads
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with the configuration and troubleshooting of common OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, STP and other related routing and exchange protocols
- Familiar with Cisco switch configuration, familiar with DELL, HP server configuration and management, familiar with VMware virtualization technology
