IT EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and storage systems.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including patching and updates to ensure system reliability and security.
• Manage and maintain application environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various applications.
• Work with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalate to higher levels of support as required.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
